Booking Information

A reservation is confirmed once a deposit of 30% of the total price has been received. Your booking is only considered confirmed once you have received an email from us confirming the successful payment. We reserve the right to refuse bookings without giving reasons.

The balance is due on arrival at the destination at the latest.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellations must be made in writing.

Cancellation fees:

• Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
• From 29 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
• From 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total price

Duty of Care

The rented apartment and its furnishings must be treated with care and occupied only by the agreed number of people.

The guest is liable for any missing items or damages incurred during the stay. Any complaints or damages must be reported to the landlord immediately.

Arrival and Departure

Arrival is on Saturdays from 4:00 PM, and departure is on Saturdays by no later than 10:00 AM. Any deviations from this must be agreed upon in advance.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome, but must be registered in advance. It must be ensured that they are always under the owner's control. A flat fee is charged per week for the stay of the dog.

Pool Use

The use of the pool is permitted for guests of the holiday accommodation during the designated operating hours. Use of the pool is at the guest’s own risk.
There is no lifeguard on duty. Parents or legal guardians are at all times responsible for supervising children.
The use of the pool by animals is prohibited. In the event of non-compliance, the costs for any required additional cleaning will be charged to the responsible guests. Owners are fully liable for any accompanying animals.
The use of the pool by children or non-swimmers is entirely at their own responsibility.

Liability Disclaimer

The use of the holiday accommodation and all associated facilities (including outdoor areas, pool, parking areas, and communal spaces) is at the guest’s own responsibility.
The landlord accepts no liability for personal injury, property damage, or financial loss arising from the use of the holiday accommodation or its facilities.
No liability is assumed for personal belongings of guests.
Guests are fully liable for any damage caused by themselves, their children, or any accompanying animals.
